The main difference between the GMC Hummer EV SUV and pickup is body style and size. The pickup has a crew cab with a five-foot bed, and the SUV is about 20 inches shorter and has an enclosed cargo area behind the second row.
Performance
They share the same all-electric powertrain, featuring up to three motors making best-in-class 1,000 horsepower and 11,500 pound-feet of torque. The pickup gets up to 367 miles and reaches zero-to-60 mph in only three seconds compared to 315 miles and 3.5 seconds in the SUV.
Off-Road Capability
Each comes standard with four-wheel drive, air suspension, underbody armor, and 35-inch mud terrain tires. Extract Mode can raise the suspension by six inches to clear large obstacles, yet the SUV's shorter length makes it more agile than the pickup.
