2024 Bronco Sport Big Bend
By ARB in NH | on Saturday, January 04, 2025
Coming out of a 2020 Ford Edge ST, I wasn't expecting a whole lot - but I'm actually pretty impressed. Tiny 1.5 3cyl is actually OK, especially in sport mode. I averaged 30mpg on a trip and about 25 or 26 everyday driving. Vehicle is very versatile and a tank in the snow here in New England. Build quality so far - excellent. Zero issues. Have only owned for 5 months, so I guess time will tell. I have the Convenience Package and power moonroof and navigation - essentials in my book. My only complaints are that Ford kind of scrimps on the little things - i.e. power windows - driver side only is auto up, other windows are not auto down or up, my brother owned a 2002 Volvo and it had all 4 windows auto down and auto up. Also no remote start on the key fob on the Big Bend trim, have to step up to the Outer Banks for that. C'mon Ford - for 34K, can we get a remote start key fob please. Thankful for the FordPass app - which allows remote start via phone. Ride quality is excellent and handling is very respectable. I'm 6 feet, 250 pounds - it's very comfortable. Solid vehicle - highly recommend.… - 5.0
Had for a year, still love it

We've kept up with trucks in the snow and ice, and taken it to the beach with a paddle board on top. We can fit a bike in the back, and it's the perfect vehicle to put our Lab in, the rubber is so easy to clean. The seats are easy to keep clean too, even with kids. It also gets great mpg, even with the 4x4. I feel really secure driving around corners and it maneuvers in and out of traffic easily. So far we haven't had any issues, and I'd definitely buy another. But I'll probably drive this for several years.… - 5.0

We have the Big Bend and it's at 45,000 miles now. We haven't had any problems with ours. We've kept up with bigger trucks in the snow and ice, taken it to the beach with a paddle board on top, put bikes in the back, and it's so easy to clean when I put my Lab in the cargo area with the rubber. It gets great gas milage especially considering it's 4x4. It isn't a super fast vehicle but I don't even care about that. When I'm driving down these Mississippi back roads it handles corners better than I expected and I don't feel like I'm going to destroy it with all the bumps in the roads. I feel very secure driving it. It's great if you have kids too, the seats are easy to wipe down. I like the touch screen and that they use knobs too, it looks a little more utilitarian and I like that. Overall it's been a great vehicle and is well suited to our active lifestyle with kids and dogs. We'd definitely buy another one, but I do see us driving this for awhile.…
