    • Love it but....

Bought brand new. At 300 miles, I started hearing a clanging noise during acceleration @17mph and @25mph during decel. Took it to 2 dealers (first one is where I bought it 55 miles away but they said they didnt hear it, 2nd one in my neighborhood heard it and said its "normal"), finally a 3rd dealer diagnosed it as a failed transfer case and replaced it. The new transfer case was installed and the replacement made the same sound @ 17 and 25. Back to the 3rd dealer and finally 5 days later the trans specialist and "engineering dept" decided its a failed front end differential. Seriously??? I love the Jeep, everyone in the family has a Jeep...mine is the only one with a failed differential.
    • Keep your sanity...don't buy a Jeep

I used to work at the assembly plant where my new Jeep GC was built. So I really wanted to love my new Jeep. But in just seven months it's already been towed to the dealership, spent almost two weeks at the dealership over two visits due to a dead battery and then a misaligned hood rubbing the fender. I'm now battling with the customer care to get the paint damage from the hood resolved. Overall, it's been an extremely disappointing ownership experience. Keep your sanity and buy Toyota/Lexus/Honda/Acura instead of dealing with this. This Jeep has already been in the shop more than my 10+ year old 4Runner and MDX combined! Jeep leadership should be ashamed of themselves. I'm not just dealing with bad quality, but I'm wasting hours of my time and am out of pocket for Ubers and car rentals!
    • Gorgeous Interior - Horrendous Mechanicals

The Interior and electronics on the Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve are on par with the best that other luxury brands offer. The leather and real wood trim are refined, and the heads-up display is clear, sharp, and bright. However, the 4xe system does NOT work and is totally unreliable. We have had the vehicle in the shop multiple times, with the latest appointment taking three days. The dealer technicians worked with the engineers, and even after numerous software updates and component replacements, they couldn't get the vehicle to charge or even clear the check engine light. If you want a $86K luxury hybrid EV that can't take or hold a charge, then this is the vehicle for you.

Price does not include title, license, or $499 dealer doc fees. Only equipment basic to each model is listed. Call or email for complete, specific vehicle information. Factory incentives may depend on location of buyer residence. Price does not include title, license, or dealer doc fees. MPG estimates on this website are EPA estimates; your actual mileage may vary. For used vehicles, MPG estimates are EPA estimates for the vehicle when it was new. The EPA periodically modifies its MPG calculation methodology; all MPG estimates are based on the methodology in effect when the vehicles were new (please see the Fuel Economy portion of the EPA's website for details, including a MPG recalculation tool).

The features and options listed are for the new 2008 Chevrolet Suburban and may not apply to this specific vehicle.

Tax, title, license (unless itemized above) are extra. Not available with special finance, lease and some other offers.
